I’ve gotten caught in heavy rain twice with these, mostly because I never remember to check the weather, and they’re still working just fine. No issues so far.

"I really wanted to like these because..."
I really wanted to like these because they fit well and feel comfortable to wear. In everyday use, though, the volume just hasn’t been enough for me. Even with it turned all the way up, I have trouble hearing podcasts when I’m outside or walking on a busy street. For the price, I expected them to be a bit better. They’re not awful, but I’m disappointed overall.

"First thing I noticed was the battery life"
Right away, my first impression was that the battery on these Shokz was way better than I expected. I mainly use them for runs and work calls, and I can usually go a few days before I even think about charging them. When I do forget, they charge up quickly too. So far, I don’t have any complaints — the battery life is easily the standout for me.

"Quick support kept me from switching"
I had a small issue with my shokz headphones and sent the message expecting it to take a while. I was already thinking if this turned into a hassle, I might just move on to another brand. But they replied the same day and it was clear they actually read what I wrote.
The support person was friendly, didn’t make me repeat the whole story, and got it sorted quickly. It ended up being way easier than I expected, and that kind of service definitely makes me more likely to stick around.

They feel fine when I first put them on, but after wearing them for a while they start hurting my ears badly. I wanted to like them, but it gets annoying fast.

"Bass was a nice surprise"
I picked up my Shokz mainly for running, i was in a upbeat mood when I first tried them out. The bass surprised me more than I expected. It’s definitely not going to feel like big over-ear headphones, but for open-ear headphones, it has a solid little punch. A few songs can sound a bit thin, but overall I’ve been happy with them. I’d give them 4 stars

"Warranty help didn’t really live up to what they promised"
The warranty support was alright in the end, but it took way longer than I expected. They made it sound like the process would be quick and easy, but that wasn’t really the case. I had to wait around and follow up more than I thought I would. It did eventually get sorted, so I’ll give them that, but the experience didn’t quite match what they promised.

I updated my shokz headphones through the app it was super straightforward. It only took a few minutes, and the connection does feel more stable now. I appreciate that they’re still improving the headphones even after you’ve already bought them.

I’ve been using these for the gym and on runs, and they’ve handled sweat really well so far. Some other ones I’ve tried start feeling gross or slippery quickly, but these are easy to wipe down afterward and haven’t given me any issues. The fit isn’t perfect every single time, but overall they’re solid for workouts.

"Great for keeping me aware, but the sound could be better"
I like these when I’m out walking or biking because I can still hear what’s going on around me, which makes me feel a lot safer. Cars, people, random street noise, I’m not totally blocked off from everything. They’re comfortable enough for me too, so I don’t really mind wearing them for a while. The downside is the sound just doesn’t feel that full, especially the bass. If I’m on a busy street, I usually have to crank the volume up more than I’d like. For me, they’re not bad at all, but I wouldn’t say they blew me away for the price.

I’ve usually stuck with my go-to brand for stuff like this, so I wasn’t totally sure about trying these. But they’re so lightweight I barely notice them in my bag, which has been great for trips. Super easy to carry around and now I’m a little conflicted because I might actually like these more.

I was hoping this would be straightforward, but setting it up took way longer than I expected. I accidentally ordered the wrong Shokz model, which is very much the kind of thing I do when I’m trying to shop too quickly. Thankfully, the return process was really straightforward, and getting the return label was simple with no hassle.

As someone who hates dealing with drawn-out returns, I really appreciated how smooth it was. Once they received it, my refund came through faster than I expected, with no chasing or annoying back-and-forth emails. I’d definitely feel comfortable buying from them again.

The sound is fine, but the fit has been really frustrating. Every time I go for a run, they keep slipping and shifting around, so I’m constantly adjusting them instead of just focusing on my workout. They never really feel secure on my head. I also wasn’t sure what the next step was supposed to be, whether I should try a different size, contact support, or just return them, so that made the whole thing even more annoying

"I’m bad about remembering to..."
I’m bad about remembering to charge my shokz headphones, so the fast charging has been really helpful. If I plug them in for just 10 or 15 minutes, they usually have enough battery for my run. Because of that, I don’t have to sit around waiting forever, which is my favorite part.

"Connects Crazy Fast Every Time :)"
I’ve been really happy with my Shokz so far! The Bluetooth connection is my favorite part — it links up with my phone almost instantly and doesn’t randomly drop like my old headphones used to. I use them on walks and for work calls, and I haven’t had any weird cutting in and out. It also switches back to my laptop smoothly, which is super nice. Such a simple thing, but it makes a big difference :)
